This role: You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks including the following but not exhaustive to; cleaning sites and infrastructure, erecting signposts, fixing signs to signposts, Jet washing, grounds maintenance, minor concrete works, labouring.

You will have a willingness to learn, an enthusiastic attitude, clean drivers licence and the ability work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, with attention to detail, and has excellent problem-solving skills. You must be presentable, professional, and able to converse with a wide variety of personnel.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Repair and maintain sites/ infrastructure (dirt removal, graffiti removal, meter reading, sweeping, hedge trimming, drilling concrete, litter collection, replacement of locks etc)
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Jet washing of parking areas ahead of Bay markings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.
• Read and interpret drawings and keep in regular contact with your Supervisor.
• Replace defective parts or components like signposts and signage.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Job Type: Full Time

This role: You will be responsible for performing a variety of civils related tasks. From installing CCTV infrastructure to full EV installations and everything in between.

You will have a willingness to learn, an enthusiastic attitude, clean drivers licence and the ability work independently/ with a mate with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, with attention to detail, and has excellent problem-solving skills. You must be presentable, professional, and able to converse with a wide variety of personnel. Must have CSCS and all relevant tickets.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead on all groundwork activities.
• Track work for electricity supplies.
• Installation of CCTV Columns and Streetlighting. 
• Concrete Works (must be able to finish well)
• Maintenance work.
• Yard Upkeep. 
• Cable Pulling. 
• Duct Installation. 
• Any other Groundwork activities that are required. 
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.
• Read and interpret drawings and keep in regular contact with your Supervisor.
• Replace defective parts or components like signposts and signage.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Must Have:

• CSCS or EUSR Equivalent. 
• CPCS / NPORS.
• Clean Driving Licence
• Machine Tickets. 
• CAT & Genny Ticket.
• Streetworks (Preferred)
